GEA/ CFS/ Koppens tooling
Over all of the iterations that the current GEA branded former's have been through, we have been able to provide tooling quickly and efficiently to all of our customer base. We can produce the following tooling below.
400 series formers
The smallest plate of the whole line up of formers. Speak to us about what you are intending to form and we will be able to maximize your yields with small investment.
600 series formers
Any product you wish to make on the 600 platform we can provide. We also can make all of these with an optional extra of an air assisted knock out which helps with release of product.
900 series formers
We understand that you need tooling which will run faultlessly on large scale production. Here at formset we have been providing 900 tooling for some of the uk's highest volume production lines.
Air assisted knock outs
Have a problematic mix? Our air assisted knock outs gives the product a short and sharp burst of air pressure which helps release your product. This is commonly used for difficult products such a butter or small intricate designs.
